I ordered 2 DV8 decals with red outline around black . I received 4 decals total, two red and two black . Confused as to why I had to install the black on top of the red myself instead of receiving them that way , I went with it anyway . So one of the 4 decals had a hard folded crease in the decal to where I did not install due to the damage . I emailed about a replacement and was basically made fun of over it lol . If the situation isn’t handled I will post the entire email conversation so you can see yourself . I’ve never left a bad review on anyone as I understand that things happen. I also know that in owning a business, taking care of the customer is most of the time a high priority of interest . Not in this case ....

Response from Fast Decals: Sorry you feel this way. As explained in our emails, you ordered 2 decals but we actually were nice enough to send you a 3rd for free (we do this a LOT when there is room on the sheet to make extras). I understand this 3rd one was damaged during shipping but since it was something we sent you for free in the same package it is not "owed" to you even though it got damaged. Find it hard to believe this is even an issue worth writing a bad review over. This is a prime example of "no good deed goes unpunished".

I would like to thank everyone there who helped in making my decals! This was a restoration project I have been working on and had contacted many decal companies and you were the first and fastest co. To respond to me . I sent in photos of my sticker ,process was fast and easy. Received my stickers fast and got a few extras,! I will be using them again, thanks Paul. Mukwonago Wi.

You guys are the best! I looked for several companies to make some custom decals for my son's birthday but no one wanted to help. You responded within a few hours and had them shipped the next day. I can't thank you enough as my we are so happy!

Will never purchase a decal from this company again. I purchased several Die cut decals for my dirt bikes. The vinyl is extremely thin and the adhesive is weak. Poor quality! Letters started to fall off on the first hand wash. (Did not use a pressure washer)

Response from Fast Decals: Sorry you had a bad experience. I wish you would've given us a chance to make things right. Our decals are designed to last many years in normal automotive conditions. If the decals came off right after installing that is more than likely because there was some type of oily residue not causing the decals to stick. Instant detailers spray, pledge, etc. can cause decals not to stick so proper preparation is required by cleaning with soap and water and even alcohol to be safe. Some surfaces are considered "low friction" so occasionally we have to use our "extreme adhesive" material in those cases.
