This chart is to be used with products that let you choose a color in STEP 2. This chart is NOT intended for FULL COLOR printed style decals (products that have you choose a material in STEP 2).

Colors may not appear totally accurate due to monitor variations but these are actual photos of the vinyl.

(Metalized) Mini Diamond Plate *Specialty (click to enlarge) Tread pattern is smaller than normal diamond plate tread (shown on left in first image) and has holographic look to it similar to our oil slick material. 3rd image show the material with a penny for size reference.
(Metalized) BLACK Diamond Plate *Specialty (click to enlarge) MOST REALISTIC diamond plate vinyl available. This works best on medium to large size decals that have a fairly solid design. The pattern is the size of real Diamond Plate (this remains the same no matter what the size of decal).

Dark Smoke This is a dark tinted vinyl that allows some color below the decal to show through. The example photo shows the the Dark Smoke installed (on the left side) on 4 different colored surfaces (Red, Orange, Silver, and Yellow). Works great for shadows! ***Paint Mask Vinyl This is used for making a stencil for painting. You apply the decal, paint over it and remove the decal. What is left is the same design that is shown on the website but it is now PAINTED on the surface. This is done using a block design in which the design is cut out of the block/rectangle. If you need us to leave all the material within the block so only the cuts are made we can do that too. Just make note in the comments box when you order. This vinyl is much easier to remove than regular vinyl so it is only for TEMPORARY ONE TIME USE.
***Clear Vinyl This is used ONLY for protecting a decal. Select the "contour" option and clear as the color. You may apply the clear over the top of the decal to give your decal extra protection against the elements though this is not required. Not listed as a color option (due to confusion with customers) but is available if needed. |

| *Compound Curve Definition: A compound curve is one that would bend in 2 separate nonlinear directions. Think of a ball shape; this would be a compound curve. Most vinyl that will not stretch to a compound curve can still be bent around a simple curves (like and edge of a surface). And designs that have a lot of "open areas" within the design may still work on very mild compound curves.

Reflective White *Specialty (click to enlarge) On the RIGHT is the Reflective white in both images. The vinyl on the left is the Arctic White. The Reflective is a pearl white during normal light. It has a tendency to look light metallic silver in certain lighting. NOT FOR INSIDE OF GLASS USE.

| Outdoor Life Expectancy for your decals. This is a rough estimate from the manufacturer of each color and is based on "normal" outdoor conditions. Extreme conditions can shorten life expectancy while if the decal is inside or garaged for most of its life will greatly increase the life of the decal. | |

The life expectancy is provided by the manufacturer of the vinyl and is an approximation of how long it will stand up against fading, cracking and peeling when left outdoors. This time can be extended if the decal does not sit in the sun or weather every day. You may also wish to cover the corners with a clear fingernail polish (especially helpful on small pointed parts). This gives added protection against the corners peeling up. Times listed should not be taken as a warranty of any kind.

We use the terms "decal" and "sticker" as being equivalent so don't be confused that one product may be better than the other due to the title.

Our decals are made from commercial quality vinyl that will last several years in harsh outdoor conditions. See color chart and/or material chart (if a full color print) for outdoor life expectancy for your particular design.

They come with adhesive on the back of the decal. Note that we do also offer front adhesive decals.

All decals are CUSTOM MADE to your specifications of size and color/material.

Each design can be made in any size and are measured LEFT TO RIGHT. (*Except Stick Figure Decals). You choose the size in STEP 1 when ordering.

Our decals can be made in any color found on the color chart if you are chosing a color in Step 2. If this is a "full color" printed style decal (you are choosing a material, not color, in Step 2) then we may be able to still change the color but it would be a color from one of these color charts.

The white rectangle the design is shown on is not part of the decal. Most decals will not have a background; the majority of our decals are die-cut around the shape of the design unless otherwise noted or show. *Some "full color" decals will have white within the design. See the product information and the diagrams below for more information.

You may also choose to have a Shadow, Outline or Contour in an additional color for single color transfer decals.

Discounts are automatically added if you purchase more than one item. Items don't have to be the same to qualify for the discount.

The image below shows 3 different decal styles. Use them to help visualize how your decal will look depending on what type of decal you are purchasing.
- The first one on the left is your standard die-cut transfer style decal. The image on the order form shows it in black (upper left hand corner of the image) but yellow was chosen for the color. As you can see the surface color shows through all the open areas within the design. See the order form image.
- The middle design is similar but is with a Full Color transfer decal. The design is printed but still has open areas within the eyes and mouth so those are cut out. You can see what parts will be cut out on a full color decal as there will be a thin gray line any place there is a cut. See the order form image.
- The final one on the right is a full color decal but there are no holes. The white edge wraps around the design giving it a white contour. Once again, the edge is represented by a thin gray line. See the order form image. *Note that we have updated this design on the website where the white part is cut out above the red girl's tail.
