I waited nearly 2 months for my product, I contacted Fast Decal they said they did their part and it was their problem and told me the USPS was a joke. Finally got them what a disappointment, to my understanding it was to be 4” high not 4” long so small not worth using them, just a waste of time and money. Would not recommend them to anyone period

Fast Decals response: Sorry for the issues John. While I understand it is frustrating to wait so long for the orders to arrive, we have nothing to do with transit times. We ship normally within 48 hours (the label shows the date we shipped). As far as the size goes, we clearly state that size is measured left to right several times on each page and also show proportional size which shows the height below the main image on most decals. If you would have contacted us over the size issue we could've figured out what went wrong and came up with a solution.

Can't thank you enough for the decals! They arrived within a few days and were exactly what I wanted. Already posted the decals to my Facebook group telling people where I got them. I'll be back for more soon. -D

First time ordering off this site and I am glad I did my decals came within acouple days of ordering they look perfect and I’m gonna keep ordering from them so they got my business from me from now on and I’d recommend this site to all friends and family thanks fast decals I appreciate your business ????????????????????????

I tried to surprise my husband with an American Flag print emblem for his front grill cover. After placing the order, Jacy from Fast Decals wrote me to clarify my order. When I explained what I was looking for, she was 100% honest with me in saying she didn't think what I ordered would work and offered to cancel my order/refund my money.

I appreciate that SO MUCH! Who does that these days? That's personalized service and even though I ended up not ordering from Fast Decals THIS TIME....I will most DEFINITELY use them in the future because if they handled me this way before I was a customer, imagine how they will handle me once I am.

Thank you for doing HONEST business. It's rare and appreciated.

Will never purchase a decal from this company again. I purchased several Die cut decals for my dirt bikes. The vinyl is extremely thin and the adhesive is weak. Poor quality! Letters started to fall off on the first hand wash. (Did not use a pressure washer)

Response from Fast Decals: Sorry you had a bad experience. I wish you would've given us a chance to make things right. Our decals are designed to last many years in normal automotive conditions. If the decals came off right after installing that is more than likely because there was some type of oily residue not causing the decals to stick. Instant detailers spray, pledge, etc. can cause decals not to stick so proper preparation is required by cleaning with soap and water and even alcohol to be safe. Some surfaces are considered "low friction" so occasionally we have to use our "extreme adhesive" material in those cases.
