Most decals can be made in any color you want.
| Note that the size you choose is for the Top Line's overall width. You are also choosing the font for that line only. By default we use Arial Black as your second line (port line) but we can use a different font if you like. Just make note of any changes needed in the comments box when you order.

*Decals are available in any width and are measured <---LEFT TO RIGHT--->. The size you choose is for the TOTAL WIDTH of the decal (NOT each letter). If you need your decal to be a specific height you may choose a form based on the height you need on the custom lettering page. You select what you want the decal to say along with any font you want. If you have a font picked out that we don't have listed please select ":OTHER": from the font pull down box. then list the name of the font in the ":comments": box.
Please note that it is best to make the decal AT LEAST 1 inch wide for every 2 letters. This insures that the lettering will be readable (and we will be able to make the decal).
Examples:
- 1 inch decal should be NO MORE THAN 2 letters
- 2 inch decal should be NO MORE THAN 4 letters
- 3 inch decal should be NO MORE THAN 6 letters and so on...
Be sure to type just as you would like it to appear (UPPERCASE and lowercase will be noted). Some fonts may have to be all UPPERCASE and some may have to be all lowercase. The examples all start with uppercase and the rest of the letters are lower case. If the example has all upper or lower case then that is the only option.

Below examples mainly apply to our die-cut/transfer decals (where you are choosing a color choice in STEP 2). We possibly have similar options for our printed decals as well. Please contact us using the "Ask a Question" tab if you need help.
We ship most orders in 24-48 hours for our in stock designs shown on the site and for most small custom orders as well. *Some bulk custom orders (over 125 pieces) may take a week before shipping but this timeline would be mentioned in your custom quote email if that is the case.

Due to USPS not being reliable the last few years, we can no longer recommend them but they are still an option. We recommend UPS since their delivery times have been much faster and a lot more reliable.
All shipping charges are a Flat Fee no matter how much you order.

USPS Ground Advantage which is FREE for orders over $50 is our economy shipping method. There is a $6.99 shipping fee if your order is under $50.

UPS Ground (Recommended) is $9.99 (but FREE for orders over $99). UPS states delivery takes about 3 days for most major U.S. cities. If your are in a rural area expect a few extra days.

UPS 2 Day Air is $19.99. Delivery is normally about 1 day faster than ground.

UPS Next Day Air is $39.99. Delivery is normally 2 days faster than ground.

Priority Mail Shipping and Handling is a flat fee of $9.99 NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU ORDER so stock up! FREE for orders over $99.

Express Mail is available during checkout if you need it even more quickly for a flat fee of $29.99. Delivery is normally within 2-3 days. Note that we do not guarantee Express Mail delivery times.
- Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories - Our UPS rates for these areas are $49.99 as there is no simple way to calculate flat rate shipping for these areas. But if you are in a major city in one of these areas and want your package shipped via UPS you can request a refund for excess shipping charges after you place the order. If your area has a discounted rate a refund will be issued for any shipping overages.

International Deliveries usually take between 1-4 weeks depending on what service you choose.
- Canadian orders are charged a $19.99 flat fee no matter how much you order. FREE on orders over $149.
- All other countries are charged a $29.99 flat fee no matter how much you order. FREE on orders over $149.
- We do offer Priority Mail internationally for $39.99 (Canada) or $49.99 (all other International countries) for those that need to be delivered more quickly (with detailed tracking).
- UPS is offered to our International customers for faster and more reliable shipping than USPS. ($39.99 for Canada and $49.99 for other countries outside the U.S).

We use the terms "decal" and "sticker" as being equivalent so don't be confused that one product may be better than the other due to the title.

Our decals are made from commercial quality vinyl that will last several years in harsh outdoor conditions. See color chart and/or material chart (if a full color print) for outdoor life expectancy for your particular design.

They come with adhesive on the back of the decal. Note that we do also offer front adhesive decals.

All decals are CUSTOM MADE to your specifications of size and color/material.

Each design can be made in any size and are measured LEFT TO RIGHT. (*Except Stick Figure Decals). You choose the size in STEP 1 when ordering.

Our decals can be made in any color found on the color chart if you are chosing a color in Step 2. If this is a "full color" printed style decal (you are choosing a material, not color, in Step 2) then we may be able to still change the color but it would be a color from one of these color charts.

The white rectangle the design is shown on is not part of the decal. Most decals will not have a background; the majority of our decals are die-cut around the shape of the design unless otherwise noted or show. *Some "full color" decals will have white within the design. See the product information and the diagrams below for more information.

You may also choose to have a Shadow, Outline or Contour in an additional color for single color transfer decals.

Discounts are automatically added if you purchase more than one item. Items don't have to be the same to qualify for the discount.

The image below shows 3 different decal styles. Use them to help visualize how your decal will look depending on what type of decal you are purchasing.
- The first one on the left is your standard die-cut transfer style decal. The image on the order form shows it in black (upper left hand corner of the image) but yellow was chosen for the color. As you can see the surface color shows through all the open areas within the design. See the order form image.
- The middle design is similar but is with a Full Color transfer decal. The design is printed but still has open areas within the eyes and mouth so those are cut out. You can see what parts will be cut out on a full color decal as there will be a thin gray line any place there is a cut. See the order form image.
- The final one on the right is a full color decal but there are no holes. The white edge wraps around the design giving it a white contour. Once again, the edge is represented by a thin gray line. See the order form image. *Note that we have updated this design on the website where the white part is cut out above the red girl's tail.
