Custom Jeep Decals and Jeep Stickers

My custom decals were perfect! They made great additions to my fire helmet!

Hope this finds you well and happy. The stencils are more beautiful than the picture. Everybody at the shop loved it. Thank you so much for all of your help. If I can swing it with Bev's help I will try to send you a picture of the finished product.

Had a problem with the decals I ordered separating from the backing paper which ruined them. Contacted "Customer Service" which responded with the following cut and paste response:

"During shipping, the decal can separate from both the paper backing and the transfer tape. This is why it is critical you go over the entire decal like you are installing it to the paper before you try and remove the backing. This can be done with a squeegee, credit card, plastic spatula or your fingers. Sometimes a lot of pressure is needed to get it to stick to the tape. Once you have done this then you need to flip the decal over, so it is FACE DOWN and slowly remove the paper backing from the decal. Most customers try and lift the decal and tape off the paper backing; this is wrong because it can make the decal more difficult to release from the paper."

Radio silence afterwards...
"Customer Service" just isn't what it used to be.

You contacted us at 11:32, we responded at at 12:09 then you wrote this negative review an hour later (and placed a new order at the same time). Your pictures clearly show you didn't follow the instructions because you continued to peel off the decal even though some parts were not sticking to the tape. This is why the instructions say take your time to make sure the decal is sticking to the application tape...if not, apply pressure to that area so all the parts can be removed from the backing.

I ordered 2 DV8 decals with red outline around black . I received 4 decals total, two red and two black . Confused as to why I had to install the black on top of the red myself instead of receiving them that way , I went with it anyway . So one of the 4 decals had a hard folded crease in the decal to where I did not install due to the damage . I emailed about a replacement and was basically made fun of over it lol . If the situation isn’t handled I will post the entire email conversation so you can see yourself . I’ve never left a bad review on anyone as I understand that things happen. I also know that in owning a business, taking care of the customer is most of the time a high priority of interest . Not in this case ....

Response from Fast Decals: Sorry you feel this way. As explained in our emails, you ordered 2 decals but we actually were nice enough to send you a 3rd for free (we do this a LOT when there is room on the sheet to make extras). I understand this 3rd one was damaged during shipping but since it was something we sent you for free in the same package it is not "owed" to you even though it got damaged. Find it hard to believe this is even an issue worth writing a bad review over. This is a prime example of "no good deed goes unpunished".

Customer service was great!
