After initial communication problems (all on me) and an email, my order was sorted and the correct size decal was sent. They even sent me an extra! Be sure to double check the size you chose BEFORE clicking that "order" button.
Next time I need a decal, I know where I'm going.

I reached out to Fast Decals after a referral, it was a long slow process but that was because the team was as adamant to make my decals exactly as i envisioned as i was adamant that they came out perfect.
The team went above and beyond to advise me in materials and inks for printing to make sure i got handled. After the fact of approval they had my decals printed and shipped the very next day. Thank you again can’t wait to come up with my next project.

Never received product. Gaslighting.

I was super excited to order from them as their reviews sounded like they had great customer service. I am ordering from Canada so the price is a lot more for me with shipping and exchange rate but I thought, hey they have good quality stuff from what it seems. I'll never know though as it never came. It was "delivered" by Canada Post but never actually showed up. I filed an investigation with Canada Post and they basically said they lost it and to have the sender (fast decals) file a claim on their end as in Canada the receiver can not file the claim as per their rules. Fast decals outright refused to help me and kept telling me I have to file a claim on my end which I was specifically told by Canada post is not a thing. They would not listen or budge at all. I wasted $63 on nothing. No one cares, im just out without options.

While I understand its not their fault as it shows delivered on their end. A little bit of customer service goes a long way.

I was planning on ordering much more from them in the future if the quality was what I was thinking.

If you're ordering from Canada, i would honestly steer clear of them. They have zero compassion and customer service is rude and wont help you. I will never buy from them again and will be sure to tell everyone and anyone I can to avoid them at all costs.

From Fast Decals: As explained, we don't have the option to file a claim with Canada Post for an item that shows it was delivered. We asked several times for proof that you had made a claim but for whatever reason you refused to do so. When you finally did provide proof an investigation was opened (it still does not show with USPS) you instantly wrote this bad review. This could've been fixed very quickly if you would have provided the claim information we asked for in the beginning.
