They refuse to fix ripoff website

The website prices for additional details to my decal got too pricey. I deleted the extra details but the price was still unusally high. Later i ordered the same decal and it was doing the same thing. I found that i had to close out the website completely and reorder without making any mistakes on the first try. I asked customer service why my 1st order for the same item cost me twice as much. They refuse to admit they have a flawed website that makes you pay more if you make a deletion. The item you delete dissapears but the price remains the same.

Fast Decals response: As explained to you several times, you ordered a completely different product the second time compared to the first which is why the price was different (with links showing the difference). When this was explained to you and you said you wanted a refund we did so right away. Not sure what we could've done differently to make you happy.

Fixing up an old Arctic Cat ATV. FastDecals has terrific decals similar to OEM decals and great ideas for other designs. Have used them before, will use the again. Great products and great service. Thank You

Ordered two tribal decals for the sides of my motorcycle tank(one normal,one flipped),...hardest part of installing them was to get the two sides measured,angled,and lined up so both side would match,...then applying each side knowing that each side had to reverse match and laid down evenly on the first try,...no do-overs,..once the decals touch the tank,they ARE stuck.NOT such an easy job!

I ordered a custom decal today after searching for hours and hours trying to find exactly what I was wanting. I emailed Fast Decals to see if they could make it, within an hour they emailed back with Exactly what I was wanting. Top notch service. I can only attest to my experience today, but I’m sure the product I receive will be on par.

Fast response; Long lasting - Vibrant color; looks great for a long time.
Cons:
Couldn't locate my original order (from 11 years ago), so I had to describe what I wanted in detail. No big deal.
Comment:
I'm finally replacing the window sticker I put on my truck in 2013. The colors are still pretty good after 11 years outside in the South Florida heat; the corners are starting to curl up, probably due to washing the window periodically. When ordering the replacement, I was told that this particular vinyl is only rated for 6 years. Guess I got my money's worth!

One decal came messed up and was partially pulled from paper. Made the install challenging and couldn’t get install up to par. They would not replace and wanted me to purchase another. Plenty of companies will send you a replacement, go with them.

*Fast Decals response: We can't be held responsible for improper installation. There was no previous mention of there being a problem with the decal in your email...just that it was damaged during installation. If the decal was damaged in some way this should've been mentioned in the email to us and documented so we could send you a replacement for free.

I wanted some Yamaha speed block graphics - this was literally the only place in the world I could find (via the web) that could give me what I wanted. Product was quickly dispatched, made it to Australia and it was a quality product that worked exactly for it's intended use. Can't complain about that!
