Just wanted to say thank you for all of your help and patience. When I get the helmets done I will send some pics. I will have another personal project that I will definitely have you do for me. Again thank you for being patient and understanding .

This company is amazing. At first glance, I was a little overwhelmed with the website and all the options. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! The setup is easy and straight-forward, pretty good size options, pricing is very nice, and time of delivery is ..FAST! My 2nd order I was more astonished, I requested a font that you did NOT have listed, and it came out GREAT!! Thank you guys very, very much. I love the work you do, no non-sense, just professional work. I ordered logo decals for my ancient Specialized mountain bike suspension fork. Using their guide, the sizing came out perfect and the metallic anthracite color looks better than the original. Follow the mounting instructions carefully. Read them twice and then once more during installation. Most smaller smooth decals are easy, but the purposeful jagged edges on my 'S' took extra care to adhere well. I used Mother's surface prep before applying. Afterwards, I used Spraymax 2K gloss clearcoat on top for a hard protective finish.

This is the second set of decals I have gotten from Fast Decals,first ones lasted forever and this second set are reflected,a new design and absolutely perfect.Go nowhere else for decals.Fast Decals is the best PERIOD!!

That was, without a doubt, the fastest and best customer service i have ever received, bar none. On a Sunday night no less.

Had a problem with the decals I ordered separating from the backing paper which ruined them. Contacted "Customer Service" which responded with the following cut and paste response:

"During shipping, the decal can separate from both the paper backing and the transfer tape. This is why it is critical you go over the entire decal like you are installing it to the paper before you try and remove the backing. This can be done with a squeegee, credit card, plastic spatula or your fingers. Sometimes a lot of pressure is needed to get it to stick to the tape. Once you have done this then you need to flip the decal over, so it is FACE DOWN and slowly remove the paper backing from the decal. Most customers try and lift the decal and tape off the paper backing; this is wrong because it can make the decal more difficult to release from the paper."

Radio silence afterwards...
"Customer Service" just isn't what it used to be.

You contacted us at 11:32, we responded at at 12:09 then you wrote this negative review an hour later (and placed a new order at the same time). Your pictures clearly show you didn't follow the instructions because you continued to peel off the decal even though some parts were not sticking to the tape. This is why the instructions say take your time to make sure the decal is sticking to the application tape...if not, apply pressure to that area so all the parts can be removed from the backing.
